    In September of 1998, Bishop Bruce V. Parham, Sr. was called and commissioned by God to establish a church with a vision where thousands of souls would be saved, delivered, and holistically manifest God’s glory, power and purpose.

    • This church was birthed in Wilmington, DE and named “Oasis of Refreshing Ministries” (hereafter “Oasis”).

    Oasis is a nondenominational ministry of the Christian faith. It is the headquarters church of the Fresh Fragrance Covenant Fellowship, Inc., of which Pastor Parham is the Founder and Presiding Prelate.

    The worship services are filled with prayer, praise and proclaiming the word of God with a definite Pentecostal flair.

    God allows Oasis to provide a wide range of services to individuals, couples, and families. Under the audacious and humble leadership of Bishop Parham, God motivates Oasis for ministry that caters to people who are spiritually neglected, emotionally deprived and physically in need.
