Agatha Moses (born 02 February 1976), is a Nigerian gospel singer and recording artist.[1][2][3][4][5].
She was born in Anambra State and is of Igbo origin. Moses started her gospel music career in 1996 and by 2004 she had released 4 albums. In a 2004 article, the singer stated she was compelled to sing to preach the gospel through music.[6]
Moses is considered one of the most popular gospel musicians from Nigeria and her music has reached millions of people.[7] In 2014, Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child released a remake of Moses's song Say Yes featuring Kelly Rowland and Beyonce[8][9][10], the song reached number 1 US Hot Gospel Songs (Billboard).[11]
